Tiffany & Co. announced that Frederic Cumenal has been appointed president.

Cumenal joined Tiffany in March 2011 and previously served as president and CEO of Moët & Chandon, a member of the LVMH Group. While previously responsible for Tiffany's business strategy, he will continue to oversee Tiffany worldwide, reporting to Chairman and CEO Michael J. Kowalski, and lead Tiffany's design, product development, and marketing.

This month, the company also announced the appointment of Francesca Amfitheatrof as designer.
