TRUNK(HOTEL), a boutique hotel in Jingumae, Shibuya Ward, is offering cherry blossom-themed seasonal menus and services for a limited time at its main dining restaurant TRUNK(KITCHEN), main lounge TRUNK(LOUNGE), skewer restaurant TRUNK(KUSHI), and concept store TRUNK(STORE), allowing guests to enjoy the arrival of spring with all five senses. This year, cherry blossom branches have been displayed in front of TRUNK(KUSHI), adjacent to the main entrance, allowing all guests to enjoy the beautiful sight of the flowers, which will soon be in full bloom.


TRUNK(KITCHEN)
Main dining TRUNK(KITCHEN) will be offering two seasonal menu items inspired by cherry blossom viewing season, "Sakura Shibuya Burrata Honey Toast" and "Sakura Shiogama Bone-in Roast Pork", exclusively during dinner time from March 13th.

"Sakura Shibuya Burrata Honey Toast" is an adaptation of the popular Shibuya Burrata Honey Toast, a classic appetizer from the à la carte menu, inspired by the image of cherry blossom petals dancing in the sky. "SHIBUYA CHEESE STAND" creamy burrata cheese is topped with a generous amount of subtle cherry blossom jelly and sweet and sour griotte cherry compote, creating a light, spring-like texture.


"Sakura Shiogama Bone-in Roast Pork" is a sumptuous main dish in which bone-in pork is wrapped in cherry blossom leaves and grilled in a salt crust made with a blend of salted cherry blossoms. The juicy roast pork, with a subtle aroma of cherry blossom leaves, is garnished with cherry blossom salt, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural flavor of the meat. This is a dish you'll want to enjoy on a relaxing terrace seat on a cheerful spring evening.


TRUNK(LOUNGE)
Starting March 12th, our main lounge, TRUNK(LOUNGE), will be serving "Affogato Blossom," a seasonal dessert inspired by the fleeting beauty of cherry blossoms.

This affogato-style dessert is made with bourbon whiskey and topped with ice cream containing salted cherry blossom petals, and topped with bitter, freshly brewed espresso and cherry blossom syrup. The gradation of the pale pink ice cream, amber bourbon, and dark espresso that gradually melt together creates a visually stunning dessert for adults.


TRUNK(KUSHI)
At the kushiyaki restaurant TRUNK(KUSHI), we have once again begun displaying cherry blossom branches in front of the store adjacent to the main entrance so that all guests visiting the hotel can fully enjoy the cherry blossom viewing atmosphere. Guests can enjoy their meal on the open terrace seats while gazing at the blossoms in full bloom.

In addition, we will be offering our annual TRUNK(KUSHI) special "Sakura Dango" from March 12th. These handmade dumplings are filled with just the right amount of sweet white bean paste and wrapped in salted cherry blossom leaves, giving the perfect seasonal sweetness.


TRUNK(STORE)
Concept store TRUNK(STORE) will be offering cherry blossom-flavored seasonal soft serve "SAKURA HONEY PREMIUM SOFT SERVE" from March 15th. The soft serve is based on honey and fromage blanc harvested in Shibuya, mixed with a puree of salted cherry blossom petals and leaves, and the exquisite saltiness enhances the deliciousness, resulting in a sweet, melt-in-your-mouth flavor that leaves a lasting impression.
