Tokyu Department Store's new fashion select store, HINKA RINKA, will open within the Ginza 5-Chome Project (tentative name), a large-scale commercial facility scheduled to open in spring 2016 in the Sukiyabashi district of Ginza.
The store's name, "HINKA RINKA," reflects the store's desire to be a store for women who live with dignity and dignity, and for women who aspire to such a lifestyle. Based on the concept of a "feel-good store," the store will offer a unique sales floor layout centered on emotions rather than items, and will carry highly sensitive items carefully selected by buyers from Japan and abroad.
The store will occupy part of the third to fifth floors of the Ginza 5-Chome Project (tentative name), with a sales floor area of approximately 2000 tsubo (approx. 2,000 m2). The third floor will feature an original sales floor centered on a wide variety of miscellaneous goods, as well as buyer-selected products, seasonal events, and a workspace. A Fukuoka-based apparel select shop will be opening for the first time in the Kanto region, and there will also be vintage items from famous brands, art products, and mobile accessories.
The fourth floor will feature fashion, with a focus on women's shoes. From coveted luxury to stylish everyday styles, there will be a selection of over 1,000 pairs of shoes to suit a variety of occasions, from approximately 60 carefully selected brands from Japan and overseas. The fifth floor, under the theme "Standards from Tokyo," will feature a selection of select shops opening in Tokyo for the first time, including masterpieces from around the world and new basics by popular designers. Also planned will be specialty lifestyle goods and the Kanto region's first chocolate boutique cafe.
