Louis Vuitton unveils Spring/Summer 2021 advertising campaign directed and photographed by Nicolas Ghesquière

Feb 15, 2021
Following on from the previous season, this campaign was directed and photographed by Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of the Women's Collection, and features a star-studded cast of Louis Vuitton ambassadors and friends who embody the Spring/Summer 2021 advertising campaign through Nicolas's lens.

For the campaign, Nicolas Ghesquière invited a distinguished cast of athletes, models, actors, and musicians to embody the spirit of freedom and boldness, all with their unique personalities and originality - including Grammy-nominated R&B duo Harry & Chloe Bailey, Oscar-winning actresses Jennifer Connelly and Emma Stone, tennis player Naomi Osaka, as well as Sophie Turner, Cody Fern, Laura Harrier, Carolyn Murphy, and Jaden Smith. This season, the talented cast pays tribute to the latest leather bags from the Spring/Summer 2021 collection, the Coussin and Rendez-Vous. Each versatile bag features multiple compartments, pushing the boundaries of both style and gender. Jaden Smith, Jennifer Connelly, Sophie Turner, and Angelica Ross capture the sleek silhouette and look of the Coussin, while Emma Stone, Harry & Chloe Bailey, and Laura Harrier perfectly capture the sophisticated feel of the Rendez-Vous. Finally, actress Liu Yifei and model Carolyn Murphy showcase the timeless appeal of the Maison's iconic leather bags, the Capucines and Twist. The campaign will appear in major magazines around the world from late February 2021.
