Loewe unveils its Fall/Winter 2025 campaign: a scrapbook of the individual, captured in portraits and the spirit of the Albers couple.

Aug 25, 2025
LOEWE's Fall/Winter 2025 campaign continues the collection's theme, "A Scrapbook of Ideas," and tells a new story at the intersection of craft and art. This time, in collaboration with the Josef & Anni Albers Foundation, the campaign features textured clothing and accessories inspired by the color experiments of Josef Albers's iconic work, "Homage to the Square," and Anni Albers' exploration of the poetry of textiles through thread.

Photographer Arnaud Lageny captured the campaign in portraits, capturing a diverse cast including actors Jiang Zhiming, Lesley Manville, Felix Kammerer, and Raffey Cassidy. The contrast between close-ups and full-length shots brings the campaign, a "scrapbook of sensibility," to life through portraits of people wearing pieces from former Creative Director Jonathan Anderson's final collection.

The images feature coats that reflect the Albers' artistic vision, as well as signature bags such as the Puzzle, Amazona, and Flamenco. The portraits, which allow viewers to observe the intricate handcrafting, visualize the brand's philosophy of "the coexistence of craft and creativity." Accessories such as the Collage Sunglasses and Shield Mask Sunglasses add a sculptural aura, enhancing the overall finish of the photographs.

In recent years, LOEWE's campaigns have woven the brand's worldview through powerful visual narratives featuring actors and artists. The Fall/Winter 2025 campaign continues this tradition, using the technique of "portraits" to capture human personality and emotion, reaffirming the universal power of craft.

LOEWE is also supporting the work of the Albers Foundation and the non-profit organization Le Korsa, which is transforming craft into social practice by supporting the sewing collective Sutura, art programs and recycling projects at Les Foyers de Tambacounda, a women's community center in Tambacounda, Senegal.

Art and craft, individuality and community—the Autumn/Winter 2025 campaign visualizes their intersection, quietly yet powerfully reflecting the LOEWE philosophy.
