N.HOOLYWOOD has released its second collaboration with Daikanyama select shop Mid-Century MODERN. This special edition celebrates the shop's 20th anniversary. It's a special edition of UNDER SUMMIT WEAR, developed under the concept of "underwear worn as minimal outerwear." Crafted using Alexander Girardot's vintage Six Stripe fabric, it features a silhouette crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Capitalizing on the fabric's unique ability to change appearance depending on how it's cut, it adds a playful touch to mature styles. The crew neck T-shirt is made from a specially twisted cotton jersey fabric, resulting in a textured finish. The sleeves are sewn together with durable stitching, and the shoulder yokes feature a stretch binder. The chest patch pocket features a small inner pocket for storing items such as a lighter. Available in two colors, white and black, and four sizes, it's priced at ¥10,800.
On the other hand, the cotton broadcloth shirt recreates the details of the underwear era, when the front and back hemlines were wrapped around the body. As a result, it features a rounded front hem and gathers at the cuffs and under the yoke. It has double button cuffs and comes with shell buttons. It is available in white only, and in three sizes. The price is 19,440 yen.
Both items are provided in a drawer-type box. It is made sturdy and can also be used as an amenity box in the room.
