The world's first standalone store for "REGULATION Yohji Yamamoto," Yohji Yamamoto's new women's line launched this spring, opened at JR Osaka Mitsukoshi Isetan on March 6th. "REGULATION" was first unveiled at Yohji Yamamoto's 2013 Spring/Summer collection show in Paris last September. The men's line, "REGULATION Yohji Yamamoto MEN," was unveiled at the 2013-14 Fall/Winter Paris Men's Collection in January this year. "REGULATION" is characterized by its uniform-inspired designs, evoking keywords such as "control" and "rules," allowing the wearer to style them in a variety of ways. This season's collection includes military-style jackets and coats, jumpsuits, and suspender pants.
