Designer Suzuki Yumi's "ARIA" brand will be opening its first pop-up store at "container" on the first floor of Laforet Harajuku from March 29th to April 4th. The event will feature items from the collection line, remake line, collaboration products, and items selected by the designer. The lineup includes iPhone cases by Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat from "GRAPHT." An order event for the AW13 collection is also planned. Suzuki joined Kooks while still a student at Bunka Fashion College. After working as a pattern maker and designer assistant, she became the designer of NUMBER(N)INE's women's line, "9," and also served as an assistant to Miyashita Takahiro. In 2007, she went independent and founded "Aria," a brand that remakes secondhand and vintage clothing, and launched her collection line in the spring/summer of 2011.
