NOZOMI ISHIGURO tambourine presented its 2013-14 Autumn/Winter collection at Rooms Link on March 20th. Designer Nozomi Ishiguro.
This show was held in collaboration with Fleamadonna. After the first half of the show, the lights dimmed, and suddenly, ear-splitting background music began, marking the start of the NOZOMI ISHIGURO tambourine show.
A model, clad in a colorful sweatsuit featuring a print of brains and human bodies, and completely covered with a hoodie, staggered down the runway. After a series of sweatsuit variations, a shirt with a print of countless skulls appeared. Overall, the silhouettes were balanced, with oversized tops paired with slim bottoms such as leggings and sarouel pants. Each piece was shaped by draping, creating an unstructured form.
The chanting-like background music, the flood of prints, and the eerie production all came together to create a fashion show that endlessly conveyed the brand's message to the audience.
