Nozomi Ishiguro Haute Couture presented their Spring/Summer 2013 collection. The theme was "Tokyo seen from behind the scenes." Designer Nozomi Ishiguro.

The show began with a live performance by the band of khoomi singer Fuyuki Yamakawa playing in the background. A textile dress with a colorful print reminiscent of the pages of a fashion magazine was introduced. A closer look revealed the spelling of the high-end brand. The fabric was a plain weave with a firmness like paper, and the shapes were formed using origami techniques by folding in various ways without stitching.

The second half of the show introduced items that randomly combined their specialty lace, tulle, and knitwear. The overall color palette was muted, with white and gray as the main colors. As the band began playing Miwa Akihiro's "Yoitomake no Uta," a starry sky appeared in the background. "It reminded me of the night sky seen from my father's back," said Ishiguro. Reminiscing about Showa-era Tokyo, Ishiguro posed the question, "What on earth are you doing in Tokyo, journalists? I want to ask that of us designers as well."
