Emporio Armani Cafe Omotesando's wildly popular "Monthly Parfait" is a rotating menu item. Since its debut in 2018, the parfait, featuring plenty of seasonal fruits, has been available monthly and has now become a staple on the store's most popular menu item. Next month, in February, they'll be introducing a "Raspberry, Lychee, Rose and Chocolate" parfait, sure to get you in the Valentine's Day mood.
The February parfait features a gorgeous topping of nougatine cacao, made from thinly roasted cacao nibs, meringue sticks, and ruby chocolate. Beneath that is a refreshing lychee sorbet and a rich chocolate gelato.
Underneath the fresh raspberries and strawberries is layered raspberry sauce, chocolate crumble and crystallized cocoa nibs for a varied texture. In the center of the light chocolate chantilly is hidden rose-flavored biscotti savoiardi and strawberries, adding a touch of elegance to the chocolate flavor. The lychee jelly and red wine jelly at the bottom unify the flavor of the entire parfait, ensuring a rich, satisfying taste that can be enjoyed until the very end.
