The 3rd floor of Toranomon Hills, which opened on June 11th, is home to "THE 3RD," a corner that provides total support for the work, play, and study lives of office workers. Five stores have opened, creating a "third place" where people can be themselves, offering relaxation, stimulation, and comfortable service. "THE 3RD" is located in front of the office entrance on the 3rd floor. The approximately 561.98 square meter zone is unified with interiors made from recycled wood, creating a calm space suited to businessmen from Japan and abroad. The area also includes a zone that combines the convenience store "FamilyMart!!" and the cafe "THE 3RD by Standard Coffee," as well as the hair salon "TRES," the shoe repair shop "MISTER MINIT," and the flower shop "les mille feuilles de liberte." FamilyMart's "FamilyMart!!" chain, operated by FamilyMart, is opening its 29th store in Japan. The Toranomon Hills store will feature a new theme: a "Style Market" featuring themed books and miscellaneous goods. The first of these, which changes every three months, is "TRAVEL x LIFE," featuring a collection of travel-related books and miscellaneous goods such as travel bags, eye masks, and albums. The store also features a dining area called the "FamilyMart Lounge," with tables that seat 10 and private booths with eight seats separated by partitions, where customers can freely browse the books available at "Style Market." The attached cafe, "The Third Cafe by Standard Coffee," offers hand-dripped coffee, freshly baked bread, pastries, and sandwiches. Free Wi-Fi and power outlets are also available, making it a thoughtful choice for business travelers. The bar also serves beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages in the evenings. A DJ booth is also planned for the store, and music-related events are also planned.
Hair salon "TRES" is an open store with glass walls that lets in natural light, where highly skilled stylists provide one-on-one service from consultation to finishing. They offer hair styling and head spa, as well as quick menus tailored to busy businessmen.
