Dean & Deluca's seasonal drink is a dessert tea that combines the unique flavors of two chocolates.

Sweet and bitter dark chocolate and milky white chocolate. We have created a dessert tea that lets you enjoy the unique characteristics of two chocolates. Chai allows you to enjoy the harmony of the cocoa flavor of dark chocolate and spices, while milk tea is made with plenty of mellow white chocolate. This luxurious flavor, available only this season, brings out the charm of chocolate.

Chocolate Chai

A dessert drink made with high-cocoa chocolate and spicy chai. Finished with a sprinkle of brown sugar infused with ginger, cinnamon and cardamom, it slowly melts and you can enjoy the changing flavors.

Chai to enjoy the flavor of cacao
Craft chocolate is carefully made with a focus on the origins of the ingredients and manufacturing methods. We have created a mellow chai by making the most of the inherent flavor of such high-quality chocolate. The main chocolate is a dark chocolate made with fruity cacao from Ghana and the Dominican Republic, with a bitter taste. In order to allow you to fully enjoy the appeal of both hot chocolate and chai, we have used low-fat milk, which has a clean taste that does not interfere with the flavor of the ingredients.

White Chocolate Milk Tea

Milk tea made with a unique blend of tea leaves and white chocolate, topped with fresh cream, white chocolate and orange peel. The sweet, melt-in-your-mouth white chocolate is paired with a hint of citrus for an elegant taste.

A creamy taste with a hint of citrus
This milk tea, in which white chocolate is luxuriously melted, is made into a dessert-style drink that allows you to enjoy a variety of flavors by combining the ingredients. The tea leaves are a unique blend of a classic original blend and Earl Grey tea with a hint of bergamot, ensuring that the flavor of the white chocolate is not lost. One of the charms of this recipe is the changing flavor as the white chocolate topping melts. With each sip, the refreshing citrus scent of the orange peel on top wafts through the air, creating a special milk tea with a fresh and elegant taste.

Seasonal Pairing: Rich Winter Chocolate Bakery

Babka is a Jewish bakery popular in Central and Eastern Europe and beloved by New Yorkers. The bakery chef traveled to New York to create a special recipe that will captivate both chocolate and bread lovers. Made with generous amounts of high-cocoa chocolate and spices, it has a rich yet not-too-sweet taste for adults. Pair it with Winter Blend, a winter-only coffee.

A pain au lait dough made from milk, butter, and eggs is rolled up with a ganache made from chocolate and spices and chocolate chips. The moist dough is rich with chocolate and is infused with the sweet aroma of cinnamon and the flavor of allspice.

A winter dessert to get intoxicated with cocoa
Made with generous amounts of high-quality chocolate and butter, babka has a rich flavor like a dessert even when eaten on its own. At the cafe, we take the extra step of baking the babka until the surface is fragrant, and then serving it as a dessert with sweet and sour cherry sauce and sour cream.
