The adorable pink strawberry-flavored Double Fromage is finally back this year. It uses strawberries grown in Tokachi, Hokkaido. With a refreshing tartness and just the right amount of sweetness, these strawberries are perfect for sweets. The bottom layer of baked cheese is made with this strawberry paste and cream cheese, and is layered with a rare cheesecake made with mascarpone cheese from Northern Italy, which has a mellow, rich flavor and a milky taste.
The foundation of the flavor is LeTAO's original fresh cream. Although it has a rich flavor with 42% milk fat, the addition of Hokkaido sugar beet sugar gives it a surprisingly refreshing taste. The strawberries and raspberry-flavored crumb that cover the cake come together and melt softly in your mouth.
