
From April 29th to May 3rd, the mAAch ecute Kanda Manseibashi shopping complex in Kanda, Tokyo, will be hosting a "Bread Marche" event, bringing together bakeries from around Tokyo.
The "Bread Marche" will feature numerous bakeries from the Tokyo area carefully selected by skilled buyers from both a male and female perspective. The event will feature a selection of bakeries from around Tokyo, from simple, downtown bakeries focused on flavor for men to bakeries for women that offer both delicious and visual appeal. The lineup includes Japan's only milk yeast bread store, Mahlzeit, and Tokyo Agepan, a deep-fried bread specialty store made using a unique method.
Also participating will be HIROO arobo, which offers miscellaneous goods and food that complement bread, and original menus will be available at the permanent store. Items on sale include a set of cold soup made with plenty of white asparagus and the signature Hand Kaiser (500 yen), an ice cream sandwich with safflower egg ice cream, Yamagata Prefecture-grown azuki beans, and marshmallows (730 yen), and a sandwich made with Ibaraki Prefecture-grown mackerel (600 yen).
Also, from April 29th to May 8th, a beer truck will be appearing, serving Hitachino Nest Beer, a Japanese craft beer that is popular worldwide, delivered directly from the brewery. In addition to six varieties of Hitachino Nest Beer (680 yen), the truck will also be selling a fizzy plum wine (680 yen) and a beer truck-exclusive Hitachino Oden assortment (450 yen).
