Main star Anna Wintour appeared in a Chanel dress draped in flower petals. Suki Waterhouse paired a pale pink Burberry Prorsum dress with a Roger Vivier silver clutch. Her makeup also featured classic details, including a red lip.

Actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw, who appeared alongside Lanvin artistic director Alber Elbaz, wore a custom-made tea-length dress featuring a cute monochrome floral motif. She also wore pumps made of the same material and carried a black python clutch bag. Kim Kardashian wore a duchess satin Lanvin dress in a black and petrol blue two-tone. Next to her, Kanye West's morning jacket and tuxedo pants were also Lanvin. Karolina Kurkova's Marchesa dress featured a striking, flared silhouette. Dita Von Teese flattered her figure in a Zac Posen dress, accessorizing with a Roger Vivier clutch in the same red as the hem of her skirt. Katie Holmes chose a vibrant yellow dress, showcasing a daringly open décolleté and back. The Marchesa brand was chosen. Asian beauty Ming Xi chose Michael Kors. Light green satin stood out against the black lace. Anne Hathaway wore a minimalist, modern Calvin Klein dress with a sexy slit. Her red lipstick and jewelry added a touch of princess-like elegance. Arizona Muse's Zac Posen dress was also red. The princess silhouette and ribbons gave it a couture-like feel.

Claire Danes wore a black and pink Oscar de la Renta dress, while Alexa Chung chose a fresh light blue Nina Ricci dress and a bag from her favorite British brand, Christopher Kane.
