On November 28th, Tokyu Land Corporation will open the "TENOHA DAIKANYAMA" commercial complex on the former site of Daikanyama Laveria and Daikanyama Tokyu Apartments in front of Daikanyama Station.
Tenoha Daikanyama will open for a limited period of five years, leaving the former buildings untouched. The business zone will incorporate incubation functions such as shared offices and coworking spaces, integrating them with the commercial zone. It will be a place to discover new lifestyle models from both business and lifestyle perspectives, and will carry out various experimental initiatives.
The commercial zone will also feature the first Japanese location of "Bondolfiboncaffe," an Italian bar serving low-bitter espresso imported directly from Rome. At the casual Italian restaurant "TENOHA & STYLE RESTAURANT," customers can enjoy stone-baked pizza and course meals in a variety of locations, including private rooms, a kitchen studio, and the terrace.
In addition, "TENOHA & STYLE STORE," a lifestyle shop selling everything from interior decor to miscellaneous goods, food, and apparel, has opened. Workshops and events will be held here, providing a space where people can interact and discover new ways of living.
