Shiseido Parlour is holding the third installment of its "Specialty Strawberry Fair" to celebrate its 115th anniversary, and it's running until March 31st at the Ginza flagship store's Salon de Cafe. The fair, celebrating the "Iigo" (115) connection, offers strawberry parfaits made with carefully selected strawberries from around the country, with March being the final month of the fair. This third installment features the "Marihime Special Strawberry Parfait from Hitachi-gun, Wakayama Prefecture" (2,380 yen including tax), which uses "Marihime" strawberries from Wakayama Prefecture; the "Yayoihime Strawberry Parfait from Hanada Farm in Munakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture" (1,890 yen including tax), which uses "Yayoihime" strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture; and the "Amaotome Strawberry Parfait from Akamatsu Farm in Kita-Ajiwa-gun, Ehime Prefecture" (1,890 yen including tax), which uses "Amaotome" strawberries from Ehime Prefecture.
