Shiseido Parlour's "Specialty Strawberry Fair" Part 2 Begins! Enjoy Parfaits Made with Rich, Sweet Strawberries

The Salon de Cafe at Shiseido Parlour Ginza Flagship Store has launched the second installment of its "2017 Specialty Strawberry Fair," which is being held to commemorate the store's 115th anniversary, a milestone of 115 years since its founding.

The second installment of the "Specialty Strawberry Fair," which runs from January to March, features the "Nohime Strawberry Parfait from Ibi County, Gifu Prefecture" (1,890 yen including tax), characterized by its noble fragrance, soft flesh, and rich sweetness that spreads throughout the mouth. In addition, the store will also be introducing the "Fukuharuka Special Strawberry Parfait from Kagamiishi Noyuen Park, Fukushima Prefecture" (2,180 yen including tax), which boasts a subtle tartness and outstanding sweetness.

Another option is the Nohime Vacherin ~The World is Full of Hearts~ (1,980 yen including tax), a vacherin made with Nohime rice from Gifu Prefecture, layered with crispy meringue, homemade vanilla ice cream, strawberry sorbet, raspberry sorbet, and mascarpone cream, offering a heart-filled, adorable treat.
