
On February 15th, Shiseido Parlour released new sweets perfect for White Day, entrance and graduation celebrations, and other special occasions. "Biscuit Trois" (500 yen) is a set of three types of biscuits baked with carefully selected ingredients. It contains eight biscuits: four "Cannelle" biscuits with the aroma of cinnamon powder, two "Caramelized" biscuits topped with fragrant caramelized almonds, and two "Vanille" biscuits, a classic baked biscuit flavored with Madagascar vanilla. The packaging features a cute print of the number "3" inspired by a flower field. "Spring Cheesecake (Sakura Flavor)" (3 pieces for 850 yen, 6 pieces for 1,700 yen) is a cherry blossom-scented biscuit made with flour from Hokkaido, wrapped in rich Danish cream cheese with cherry blossom paste and baked. The packaging depicts people enjoying boating on a lake surrounded by cherry blossoms in full bloom. Also available as a limited edition item at a few stores is the "Spring Hand-baked Cheesecake (Sakura Flavor)" (2,500 yen), which has cherry pulp kneaded into the cream cheese and salted cherry leaves kneaded into the biscuit.
