Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Restaurant is offering a "Chef's Recommended Course" until February 28th, where diners can choose their favorite meat dish. The meat dish lineup includes "Yamagata Prefecture Osawa Pork Loin Roast," made with rare, rich yet refreshing "bone-in Osawa Pork," as well as four other dishes: "New Zealand Lamb Loin Roast," "Spanish Quail Roast," and "Hida Beef Fillet Steak." Guests can see the meats brought to them on a platter and choose their favorite. The course is divided into three options: Lunch Course A, Dinner Course A, and Lunch/Dinner Course B. The Lunch Course A (6,000 yen) includes an amuse-bouche, appetizer, fish or meat dish, dessert, and coffee. The Dinner Course A (7,000 yen) adds soup, while Course B (9,500 yen) includes both a fish and meat dish. (Prices include tax and do not include service charge.)
The appetizers include "Poached Akaza Shrimp and Spanish Serrano Jamon Salad," the soup "Butternut Squash and Inca Awakening Cream Soup," and the fish dish "Poached Alfonsino with Green Butter Sauce and Ratatouille." For dessert, you can choose from "Warm Chocolate Fondant Wrapped in a Chocolate Choux with Vanilla Ice Cream" or "Aomori Fuji Apple Pie with Earl Grey Ice Cream."
