A chocolate cake made with Valrhona chocolate and raspberries that chocolate lovers will love. The raspberry jelly and chocolate fill your mouth, creating a rich harmony.
 
[Noel The Vert]
A harmony of rich Uji matcha mousse and sweet and sour strawberry mousse. A luxurious Christmas cake with a chocolate covering the top.
 
[Stollen]
A traditional German Christmas sweet made with plenty of dried fruit and nuts and with a subtle aroma of rum.
