Venchi Japan Co., Ltd., the Japanese subsidiary of Venchi, an Italian chocolatier with over 140 years of history, will begin selling its 2020 Christmas limited edition chocolates in all its stores from November 6, 2020.


There are two types of advent calendars featuring striking illustrations of a Christmas chocolate factory. The Deluxe Advent Calendar, with 25 drawers filled with pick and mix chocolates, is available exclusively at the Venchi Ginza store.


In addition, stores will be decorated with a gorgeous and joyful collection exclusive to this season, including gift tins shaped like Christmas trees and bags, a green round wreath-like box called a "Winter Hamper," a mini book tin, and ornament tins in three colors.

In addition, Venchi Ginza store has introduced the EPARK system ahead of this season. With "EPARK Queue Reception," customers can check the queue and status online, as well as make a reservation to enter the store by specifying a date and time. Venchi stores are also introducing a variety of new services, such as "EPARK Takeout," which allows customers to purchase items online in advance and then smoothly pick them up, delivery services such as "Demae-can," and a gelato takeout service.

Introducing Venchi's New Services
To improve customer convenience, Venchi has introduced a variety of services, including waiting lists, reservation services, takeout, and delivery services. *Eligible stores vary depending on the service.

■ EPARK Queue Reception
By using "EPARK Queue Reception," you can check the queue and waiting status online, as well as make a reservation to enter the store by specifying a date and time. You can make a reservation without having to visit the store, which has been well received as it eliminates waiting times to enter the store.

■ EPARK Takeout
This service allows you to order takeout items in advance on "EPARK Takeout," a search and reservation site dedicated to takeout. If you make an online reservation and specify a time for your visit, and purchase your products in advance, the products will be ready for you when you arrive. When you arrive, all you have to do is collect your products, so there is no waiting time to enter the store or pay.

■ Delivery service
We have launched a delivery service that allows you to easily order via smartphone app or the web. Orders can be placed via "Demae-can," "LINE Delima," and "d Delivery." You can have Venchi chocolate and gelato delivered to your office, home, or other location within the delivery area.

■ GELATO TO GO!
Takeout gelato is now available at all Venchi stores. Available in piccolo (S) size only, and only in cups.

*The recommended carrying time is 30 minutes. If you plan to carry it for longer than that, please consult in-store.
*EXTRA toppings are not available.
