Starting October 27th, Four Seas Co., Ltd. will begin selling a new version of its popular tiger-patterned sandwich, "Tiger Sandwich - French Duck Prosciutto and Mimolette Cheese," at Le Cafe l'Aboutique de Joël Robuchon Toranomon Hills, a cafe where you can casually enjoy a menu that follows Joël Robuchon's culinary philosophy.
The newly released "Tiger Sandwich - French Duck Prosciutto and Mimolette Cheese" is the second in the series of tiger-patterned sandwiches available exclusively at Le Cafe l'Aboutique de Joël Robuchon Toranomon Hills.
This vibrant pink sandwich features French duck prosciutto and mimolette bread, sandwiched between fall vegetables like beets and pumpkin, and topped with a slightly tart raspberry sauce. The pink tiger print is achieved by kneading beets into the dough, while the black tiger print is achieved by kneading bamboo charcoal into the dough. You can enjoy it with a dropper of raspberry sauce to represent the tiger's tail.
We will also be releasing a petite "Baby Tiger Sandwich," which was well-received when we introduced our first tiger print sandwich. Its small size makes it easy to enjoy as a takeout item, making it a recommended lunch item.
