Following on from last year, Matsuzakaya Nagoya store will be holding its second "Baumkuchen Expo." The "Local Baumkuchen" corner, which brings together baumkuchen from all 47 prefectures in Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south, will feature over 230 varieties of baumkuchen, including "baumkuchen made with regional ingredients" and "photogenic baumkuchen." There will also be a corner where you can try the popular "freshly baked baumkuchen" and experience making baumkuchen! This year, the cafe will also be more powerful than ever.

We will be offering a special sale of "offcuts of Baumkuchen" and "baumkuchen with misshapen shapes" that would normally be thrown away without being sold.
