Graphic designer and movie director Takahiro Yasuda's solo exhibition, "TAKAHIRO YASUDA EXHIBITION "The end of watch"," will be held at Gallery VOILLD in Nakameguro, Tokyo, from November 11th to December 1st.
Takahiro Yasuda is not only involved in art direction and graphic design, but also in a variety of creative activities centered on visual expression. Making full use of the computer as a medium, he creates works with a different approach each time. He has produced numerous compositions that reflect his thinking and the beauty of computer graphics (CG), from designs that are refined yet playful, to lines and surfaces that appear simple and monotonous yet intricately interwoven.
This exhibition, his second solo exhibition following "share_me" held in 2015, focuses on the act of "seeing." Focusing on the idea that we exist in a world where we feel as if we are being tested no matter what we choose, where we cannot simply say that we like what we like, and where we are in a state of being seen by what we look at, the exhibition will feature approximately 20 graphic-based two-dimensional works themed around the interest and influence of "seeing/being seen."
