Artist Ayako Takagi's solo exhibition "HOME," featuring her character "UAMOU," will be held from July 1st to 10th at Gallery VOILLD in Nakameguro, Tokyo. Ayako Takagi is an artist who expresses her unique worldview through picture books, figures, and animation, and continues to explore the possibilities of characters through art and design. Since her time as a student at Camberwell College of Arts, she has been creating and selling the pure-hearted alien character UAMOU, primarily in Europe. The exhibition, themed "UAMOU's Room," will offer a glimpse into Ayako Takagi's creative process. Approximately 150 pieces will be on display, including figures such as UAMOU and BIG UAMOU, as well as cushions, shelves, lights, and illustrations. Original merchandise such as key chains and stickers will also be available for purchase.
