CAFE KITSUNE in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo, produced by MAISON KITSUNE, reopened on June 2nd.
The renovation was driven by the desire to "create an espresso that is unique to CAFE KITSUNE." The cafe has newly installed a traditional lever machine made by BOSCO, a company based in Naples, Italy, of which there are only a few in Japan, and its skilled baristas serve espresso that can truly be called a "new classic," expressing it using traditional methods while incorporating the trend of maintaining coffee quality.
