LeSportsac Announces Cute Collaboration with San Francisco-Based Cosmetics Brand Benefit

Mar 8, 2014

LeSportsac has launched a collaboration line with San Francisco-based cosmetics brand Benefit, called "giggle me gorgeous!". This collaboration, which combines Benefit's philosophy of "makeup fun" with LeSportsac's bright, fun, and happy brand aesthetic, features bags, cosmetic pouches, and more. The lineup is rich in variety, including cream white and black floral prints with ruffles, monochrome stripes with white roses, and pin-up girl illustrations with the message "Talk Flirty to me." The linings are decorated with animal prints. The collection is available at all LeSportsac stores, and to celebrate the release, pop-up shops are open across Japan, including Shibuya Hikarie. They are also running a promotion using Instagram, and at the flagship stores in Omotesando and Ginza, if you post on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag, you will receive a free icing cookie designed by sweets artist Kunica in honor of this collaboration. The hashtags are "#lesportsacxbene" and "#lesportsacxbenefit".

Benefit was founded in 1976. It has gained popularity for its illustrated packaging, humorous product names, and sexy, eye-catching visuals, and currently operates cosmetics counters in 3,000 locations in 40 countries around the world.
