The bridal event "Wedding Fes - Dreaming Glass Slippers," a collaboration between Isetan Bride, Omotesando Hills, and the curated magazine app "Antenna," kicked off on March 20th at the Omotesando Hills atrium staircase and runs until the 23rd.

The centerpiece of the venue is the "glass slippers" created by designer Noritaka Tatehana. Based on the concept of "conveying the joy of dreaming about weddings," this interactive event is held with the catchphrase "Looking for the modern-day Cinderella!"

When a person puts their foot into the glass slipper, their foot size is digitally measured using a proprietary system by "aircord inc." installed inside the slipper, and the percentage of their foot size that matches is displayed on a projector. Women who find the perfect fit will receive luxurious gifts, including an Isetan Bride wedding dress.

Prior to the event, Yukiko Takahashi, Japan's representative for the 2013 Miss International World Competition, wore an Isetan Bride wedding dress and took on the challenge of measuring her glass slipper. She achieved an unexpectedly high match rate of 86%, creating a buzz in the venue. Also, high school girls came to the store as soon as it opened and tried their hand at matching glass slippers. Future brides-to-be were seen enjoying themselves, taking photos with friends and smiling.

Dresses from six domestic and international brands carried by Isetan Bride were on display at the venue. They included Vera Wang Bride and VIKTOR&ROLF, currently available exclusively at Isetan Bride in Japan. Additionally, dresses from the Japanese brand COTTIE LOU, which has been gaining attention for its classic yet modern designs, as well as ANTONIO RIVA (Italy), MARCHESA (USA), and DAVID FIELDEN (UK) will be on display along with shoes and accessories.
