Barneys New York Yokohama, celebrating its 20th anniversary, will reopen on November 20th with new additions.
The first floor has been completely revamped, with an expanded eyewear section and a rearranged layout for easier viewing of jewelry, bags, and other items. Popular brands such as Tom Ford and Oliver Peoples will be available. The apothecary section has been relocated to the second floor, and baby items will also be consolidated. A nursing room will also be installed, making the floor more child-friendly. A bridal section has been created on the third floor, featuring THE TREAT DRESSING, a popular wedding shop from Kobe. This will be the first time that Barneys New York Bridal will offer rental bridal dresses. The fourth floor aims to provide services to tailor a full-body look for gentlemen, and in addition to a shoe care corner, it also features the newly opened "BARNEYS BARBER'S SHOP by KAMISORI CLUB 148," a collaboration with the "KAMISORI CLUB," which has a history of over 100 years. Guests can experience grooming and haircuts. Personal shopping spaces have also been set up on the third and sixth floors.
To commemorate the renewal, a new two-tone dress by YOKOCHAN (49,350 yen) will be released exclusively at the Yokohama store, and Barneys New York's suede camouflage print shoes (31,500 yen) will also be available for pre-sale. "XO (EXCLUSIVELY OURS)" items will also be available, including two types of hooded coats from "M・Fil" (68,250 yen each) and a special edition briefcase from "JIL SANDER" (577,500 yen).
On the 23rd of this month, knitwear designer Greg Chait, who founded "THE ELDER STATESMAN," and other designers, including Martin Grant, who designs original clothing for Barneys New York in the United States, will visit the store from the end of this month to the middle of next month to hold events and order sessions.
