Hermès has announced this season's advertising campaign. The theme is "Metamorphosis." Photographer Hans Silvester shot the images. This is the first time that Silvester, who typically focuses on the natural and cultural landscapes of countries around the world, has been in charge of advertising visuals. The Hermès objects, which tell stories of ever-changing nature and transformation, were photographed on the island of Bali. Silvester was born in Germany in 1938. He has photographed many natural and cultural scenes from around the world, including African traditional costumes, the horses of the Camargue in France, and animals such as cats in Greece. He is currently based in Provence, France.
