Model Eva Herzigova was born March 10, 1973, in the Czech Republic.
In 1989, at the age of 16, she won a modeling contest in Prague and moved to Paris. She gained worldwide recognition as a model for brands such as Wonderbra and Guess, the iconic cleavage-enhancing bra. Her glamorous blonde hair and figure made her a star in the 1990s, earning her a reputation as the "second coming of Marilyn Monroe."
Although she retreated from the runway in the late 1990s to become more popular with new models, she was selected for a Louis Vuitton ad in 2003, bringing her back to the forefront of the fashion scene. She also continued her acting career, playing Pablo Picasso's wife, Olga, in the film "Modigliani: True Love." In 2004, she launched her own swimwear brand. In her personal life, she married Bon Jovi drummer Tico Torres in 1996 but divorced after two years. She then dated the president of Maverick Records in the United States.
