Nozomi Ishiguro tambourine's designer, Fumika Goto, has replaced Nozomi Ishiguro as its new brand, "tambourine," presenting its 2014-2015 Autumn/Winter collection. Goto was previously the brand's chief pattern maker. While the brand is unisex, the runway show showcased mostly men's looks. Items included a patchwork series featuring checks and houndstooth, sporty pieces like tracksuits and windbreakers, sweatshirts with chunky fur detailing, and large prints of Indian and Nordic patterns. The brand's original street style remains unchanged. The colors and materials used are sweet and relaxed, as befits a female designer. It's a stark departure from Ishiguro's angst-filled outfits. Compared to the intense and intense 2013-2014 Autumn/Winter collections, the collection lacked a bit of substance.
