"World Breakfast All Day" - Moroccan breakfast in Gaienmae, a series of breakfasts from around the world

Aug 25, 2015

WORLD BREAKFAST ALLDAY, a cafe restaurant in Gaienmae serving breakfast dishes from around the world, will be offering a one-plate menu inspired by Moroccan breakfast from September 1st to October 28th. This time, the menu features Moroccan-style square crepes called "moussamen" and pancakes called "baghrir." Both are made with semolina flour, the same ingredient used in pasta, and are drizzled with butter and honey. Other dishes on the plate include a tomato-based "Berbere omelette," often made in a tagine pot, and a Moroccan salad with Italian parsley and coriander. Additionally, drinks like mint tea, which is said to be consumed several times a day in Morocco, and Moroccan desserts will also be available. Additionally, Moroccan cooking classes and workshops to learn about Moroccan food culture will be held during the event.
