
Starting in July, Shiseido Parlour will be offering limited-time sweets featuring the summer strawberry "Koihime" at its Ginza flagship store and Ginza flagship store Salon de Café. The "Koihime" strawberries featured in this limited-time offering are harvested in Shiseido Parlour's dedicated greenhouse, owned by Shinshu Hata Kobo in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture, and are characterized by their rich, sweet flavor and low acidity. From July 6th to 31st, the Ginza flagship store will be selling a 4-inch "Shortcake Koihime" (4,968 yen, tax included), featuring a moist crust and a generous amount of Koihime strawberries, perfectly complemented by smooth fresh cream. This luxurious treat features three layers of sponge cake sandwiched between Koihime strawberries. A small, two-layer version (702 yen, tax included) will also be available. Also available during the same period is the "Jelly Fraise Koihime" (518 yen, tax included), a refreshing treat combining Koihime jelly with orange and rooibos lemon jelly and topped with Koihime strawberries. Meanwhile, from July 1st to 31st, the Ginza main store Salon de Cafe will be offering the "Arakawa Peach and Koihime Marriage (with a complimentary cup of coffee or tea)" (1,980 yen including tax), a pie filled with mousse filled with the gentle aroma and sweetness of peach and refreshing strawberry cream. Also available from the same day are the "Koihime Strawberry Parfait from Shinshu Hatakobo in Nagano Prefecture" (1,890 yen including tax) and "Koihime Ice Cream (with a complimentary cup of coffee or tea)" (1,440 yen including tax).
