This fair, inspired by the "Autumn Harvest Festival," offers a dish where you can enjoy the pairing of five types of autumn fruits with fragrant Earl Grey. The dish features seasonal fruits unique to this time of year - Shine Muscat, Delaware, pear, fig, and persimmon - and is paired with royal milk tea cream, Earl Grey sable, and burnt butter caramel nut ice cream. You can change the flavor by adding the salted caramel sauce that is served separately.
