Stella McCartney unveils its Winter 2024 campaign, featuring Eva Mendes and RAYE. The campaign, titled "It's About Time," evolves the manifesto launched at the opening of her Paris fashion show with Stella's voice as an activist for Mother Earth, calling on the brand's global community of changemakers.

Photographed in London by Ethan James Green, the campaign juxtaposes this season's Stella women with creatures, demonstrating the brand's stance on supporting the planet and cruelty-free luxury fashion. Saving animals saves Mother Earth, and ultimately ourselves. Cowhide has approximately 10 times the environmental impact of plant-based alternatives and nearly six times that of synthetic materials, contributing to global warming, water pollution and depletion, greenhouse gas emissions, and the destruction of critical habitats like the Amazon rainforest.
This season's cast features strong women who are passionate about the things they care about. Actor, model, and author Eva Mendes is an advocate for immigrants, women, and children, and is rooted in her Latin American heritage. Additionally, she is an entrepreneur and has philanthropic endeavors, including creating zero-plastic solutions for consumer water.

Singer-songwriter RAYE has spoken out against injustice in the music industry, feminism, and the environmental crisis, highlighting the particular impact it has on women of color through press releases and tracks like "Environmental Anxiety" and "Mother Nature." In 2024, she broke records as the artist with the most BRIT Awards in a single year, and continues to use her growing platform to advocate for positive change.

The campaign's slogan was inspired by the custom tank top Stella wore to Paul McCartney's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1999. The phrase has since been reinterpreted as a rallying cry.

The Winter 2024 collection is a return to the essence of the Stella woman – defined by exaggerated proportions, refined textures and sustainable innovation. The collection focuses on the brand's proud origins – a wardrobe Stella loves to wear – drawn from her life, personal archives and design DNA.

For Winter 2024, 90% of the ready-to-wear collection is made from responsible materials. As always, it is free of leather, feathers, fur and exotic skins, and is offered alongside bio-based vegan alternatives like UPPEAL™ (a cruelty-free crocodile-embossed material innovated from apple waste) and the iconic Falabella bag coated with pioneering air-purifying technology, Airlite™.
The Winter 2024 campaign collection will be available in Stella McCartney boutiques and online stores worldwide.
