What do that person who always seems dignified, that person who is obsessed with their work, eat? To answer that question, we bring you "OL Meals," a collection of famous breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurants that have captured the appetites of working women. Enjoy this delicious, healthy gourmet information, exclusively selected by FASHION HEADLINE.
Tractor Morning, which continues to quietly upload photos of fluffy omelets and eggs Benedict that look so jiggly they might burst, to Instagram. Intrigued by this modern advertising method of stimulating the viewer's appetite with photos without talking about the menu, we decided to check it out. We visited the restaurant, located on the first floor of an apartment building near the Yarigasaki intersection, between Nakameguro and Daikanyama.
Originally operating as a bar, this restaurant began serving breakfast and light meals last year. With exposed concrete walls, shelves lined with direct mail advertising events, and two turntables in the center of the store, it has a rough atmosphere reminiscent of a garage overseas. I ordered the "Toast and Eggs (topped with avocado and smoked trout)" (1,300 yen) and "Egg White and Cheese Omelette" (1,100 yen) from owner and cook Mr. Hashimoto, which I had seen on Instagram and was intrigued by.
The menu is centered around egg dishes, incorporating superfoods such as avocado, nuts, quinoa, and sprouts, and is also thoughtfully prepared to accommodate vegetarians, vegans, and those with food allergies. "During my five years in Australia, I worked in a variety of kitchens, from hotels to local cafes. Organic food is more common in Australia than in Japan, and breakfast culture is rich. I thought it was great that everyone had the habit of eating breakfast outside before work. This restaurant maintains the local atmosphere and uses organic ingredients in its menu," says Hashimoto. High-quality ingredients with simple seasonings seem to be the rule for an "Australian-style breakfast."

"Toast and Eggs (Topped with Avocado and Smoked Trout)" (1,300 yen)
The perfectly prepared egg dish, fresh vegetables, and rye bread are beautifully arranged on one plate, making it truly photogenic! Just looking at it will give you energy. Another key point is to eat it while mixing the olive oil and balsamic vinegar that comes with it with the cracked soft-boiled egg. "Japanese people don't like the flavors of two sauces mixing on the same plate, so I made it intentionally 'bland' so that it doesn't taste too Japanese," says Hashimoto.

Cutting the "Egg White and Cheese Omelette" (1,100 yen) with a knife reveals cheese and Okinawan vegetable "handama" (handama).
Not only are those looking for a hearty breakfast to fuel their energy, but even those half-asleep after a sleepless night are sure to enjoy the omelette. If you order breakfast, you're sure to be warmly welcomed. "I don't like the over-the-top breakfasts served at hotels... I want this to be a place where both the customers and I can relax," says Hashimoto, and the restaurant exudes a comfortable atmosphere where you're left to your own devices. If you're in the mood for a relaxing breakfast, surrounded by the delicious aroma of frying eggs and good music, then this is the place to be. They also serve alcohol, so you'll likely find yourself staying for a while.
