Sarabeth's limited-time special menu item is French toast with a mango flavor, a summer staple!

Event Date:2020.08.01-08.15
Jul 31, 2020
The New York-based restaurant Sarabeth's (located in Lumine Shinjuku, Shinagawa, Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka) is hosting a "French Toast Holic" fair, where they will be offering a variety of special, limited-time menu items every two weeks, themed around French toast, one of their signature dishes. The second menu item in the fair, "Mango Coconut Brûlée French Toast" (1,480 yen, tax not included, limited to 30 servings per day at each store), featuring summer fruits, will be available from August 1st to 15th.

"French Toast Holic" will start on July 16th and will run until September 30th, during which time a total of five special sliced toast items will be available. To coincide with the fair, a stamp rally will be held, and those who collect three items will receive an original Sarabeth's mug as a gift. Those who collect all items will also be invited to the "Encore French Toast" (the French toast menu, which was very popular at the fair, will be making a comeback) to be held in November.
We look forward to the arrival of a newcomer who can talk Sarabeth's French toast to death!

The surface of the French toast is brûléed to make it crispy, and then topped with mango. Drizzling coconut syrup and sour cream brings out the subtle sweetness of the dough and the sweet and sour taste of the mango, filling your mouth with a tropical flavor.
