Maison Martin Margiela will release a Japan-exclusive notebook in collaboration with Italian planner brand Moleskine. The large, simple rectangular notebook follows the shape of the legendary notebook beloved by artists like Van Gogh, Picasso, and Hemingway. The cover is crafted from the brand's signature white cotton and features the words "Maison Martin Margiela Paris" embroidered in white. Each page is plain, with the facing pages featuring finger marks and ink stains to indicate the passage of time. The price is 5,985 yen. The notebook will be available from August 28th at L'ESPACE Maison Martin Margiela, a concept store that opened on the third floor of Isetan Shinjuku in March of this year for a limited one-year period. It will then be available at select Maison Martin Margiela stores from September 20th.
