Treat the media to a delicious, additive-free tart that's good for both your body and soul [Press Recommendation]

Aug 7, 2013

At the exhibition of Coronet, which handles luxury brands such as The Row, BOGLIOLI, Milly, Nina Ricci, and Jacob Cohen, as well as high-end imported casual wear, catering was provided by Belgian bakery restaurant Le Pain Quotidien. Sliced bread and finger-sized sweets graced the tables.

With a commitment to being "healthy for both body and mind," Le Pain Quotidien carefully prepares not only its bread but also its sweets, each one free of additives. Their recipes, which utilize the natural flavor of the ingredients without any unnecessary intervention, result in a simple, natural sweetness and texture.

The tarts, made with fruits such as lemon and berries, have a refreshing taste, with a crisp crust and just the right amount of acidity from the fruit. Their modest sweetness makes them popular with both men and women. "We were intrigued by Le Pain Quotidien's commitment to using the finest ingredients and the delicious, healthy food they offer. We thought it would be perfect for an exhibition attended by discerning media figures, so we chose it as our hospitality food," said a Coronet PR representative. The food was apparently well-received by both men and women at the exhibition.
