Los Angeles brand BAND OF OUTSIDERS will open its first flagship store in the world on October 12th in Sendagaya, Tokyo. The store is located at 1F Sendagaya RF Building, 2-6-3 Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Hours are 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. In addition to men's and women's clothing and miscellaneous goods, the store will also offer tuxedo rentals. A one-week rental fee of a jacket, pants, and vest is 20% of the retail price. Five to ten styles are planned. To commemorate the opening, limited-edition items will be available: four camouflage shirt styles, brogue-trimmed straight-tip shoes (black, brown, and navy), large towels, a collaboration watch with G-SHOCK, and a collaboration sneaker with VANS. BAND OF OUTSIDERS was founded in 2004 by Scott Sternberg, who came from the film industry. All four brands launched in 2014 Spring/Summer, "Band of Outsiders," "Boy. by BAND OF OUTSIDERS," "Girl. by BAND OF OUTSIDERS," and "THIS IS NOT A POLO SHIRT," will be unified under the name Band of Outsiders.
