InterContinental Tokyo Bay Hotel will be hosting a limited-time sweets buffet, "Alice's Flower Tea Party - Tea Sweets Collection," from July 1st to September 12th, decorated to resemble a tea party in a colorful flower garden, based on the theme of "Alice in Wonderland."

The lineup of sweets, perfect for the hot season, uses a variety of teas, including matcha, jasmine tea, Earl Grey, Darjeeling, and more, including drinkable desserts made with fragrant fruit tea, almond tofu with the scent of jasmine tea, and a jelly with the exquisite flavor of white peach combined with the richness of Darjeeling tea.

*Staff will serve the various sweets from the buffet board.
Don't miss out on the photogenic sweets, such as the "Clock-Shaped Cream Puffs" that evoke the world of Alice, and the "Earl Grey and Cassis Mousse" with cute bunny ears.


In addition, a limited-time special offer will be available, including shaved ice topped with your choice of sauce, shiratama (rice flour dumplings), and azuki beans, as well as a crepe corner where you can customize your crepes with edible flowers and fruit.



Seven other savory dishes will be served tableside, including a colorful salad designed to resemble a flower garden, the hotel's signature green curry, and grilled pork.




The buffet's drinks corner will feature three types of iced tea from Lupicia, a specialty store for teas from around the world that carries over 400 types of tea from around the world each year. Enjoy tea that is not only delicious but also beautiful to look at.
