IMADA KITCHEN, a food brand development project for young people run by SHIBUYA109 Entertainment Co., Ltd., will be selling its seventh flagship product, the "Melting Bear Pancakes," jointly developed with Hattendo Co., Ltd., for a limited time from July 1st to August 30th.

The seventh and flagship product of "IMADA KITCHEN," a project to create original, unreleased Shibuya foods, is the "Melting Bear Pancakes," which were developed in collaboration with Hattendo, a Hiroshima-based brand that sells its specialty cream buns both domestically and internationally! IMADA KITCHEN has adapted the melting pancakes, a new product that Hattendo developed over a period of 10 years, for a younger audience. This innovative pancake, which can be easily eaten with one hand, has been designed to look like a "bear," popular among women around 20, creating a cute visual that will look great on social media.
In addition, we will also be selling the "Melting Egg and Bear Sandwich," an adaptation of Hattendo's melting egg sandwich, which is usually only available in Hiroshima! Don't miss this opportunity to try this special menu item that can only be eaten at IMADA KITCHEN.

《Melting Bear Pancake》 450 yen (excluding tax)

IMADA KITCHEN has adapted Hattendo's new product, the Melting Pancake, for younger customers. Designed to resemble a "bear," popular among women around 20, it has a cute visual that is perfect for social media. The Melting Pancake is a new product developed by Hattendo based on the concept of a "gift pancake that can be eaten with one hand." The fluffy dough, developed over 10 years, is then filled with a smooth custard cream, allowing you to enjoy both a moist texture and a melting texture at the same time. All of the carefully crafted custard cream is also handmade. The gentle flavor of maple syrup and egg fills your mouth the moment you bite into it, creating an exquisite harmony with the sweetness of the accompanying fruit. The bear's eyes and nose are made of chocolate, and the ears are made of nuts.

《Melting Egg Bear Sandwich》 450 yen (excluding tax)

This is an adaptation of Hattendo's melting egg sandwich, which is usually only available in Hiroshima. A croquette is sandwiched between the egg sandwich shaped like a bear, creating a cute and impactful sandwich. The melting egg sandwich was developed by Hattendo with the desire to "create a completely new egg sandwich with a juicy texture." The bread is made using cream bun dough. The moist bread is then hand-injected with egg salad, resulting in an unprecedented softness. The melt-in-your-mouth new egg sandwich and the fluffy croquette sandwiched in between are a perfect match. It's quite filling, but the generous amount of crunchy cabbage makes it a product that will have you coming back for another one. The bear's eyes and nose are made with chocolate, and the ears are made with nuts.
