We will start selling "Flower Muffins" at Ikebukuro HANABAR from June 13th. In conjunction with this, we will be setting up a new cafe time, and to commemorate this, we will be giving away a free gift of Anchan Tea leaves (tea that changes color from a beautiful blue to pink) to everyone who visits for 18 days, from June 13th to June 30th.
There are three types of "Flower Muffins" being released this time.
The moist dough is made using edible flowers and herbs and decorated with chocolate colored with flower and vegetable pigments, making it a vibrant yet healthy ingredient.
⚫️Matcha and rose
The bittersweet taste of matcha goes well with the sweet scent of rose and the white chocolate woven into the dough.
⚫️Lemon Cream Cheese and Thyme
Made with lemon juice and lemon peel, this dish is refreshing, yet has the weight and richness of cream cheese. The aroma of thyme wafts gently through your nose.
⚫️Cinnamon Fig and Cardamom
Slightly spicy cinnamon and high-quality cardamom. A muffin for adults that also uses a generous amount of figs and nuts.
All prices are 463 yen (excluding tax)
In our store, which has been designed with the theme of "flowers x food," we hope you will enjoy flowers to your heart's content, both visually and gustatory.
"Flower muffins" and drinks are also available for takeout (with some exceptions), so you can use them for a cafe at home.

Opened in September 2017 as Japan's first dried flower cafe. Its sister store, Koenji gmgm, has become a hot topic for its "flower doughnuts". Both stores are produced by dried flower artist Nana Yui. In addition to dried flower arrangements and store decorations, she has also worked on spatial and store design, after carrying out a major DIY renovation of her own home.
