Hyatt Regency Tokyo's seasonal strawberry-themed sweets menu

The Hyatt Regency Tokyo café will be offering a variety of luxurious strawberry-infused dishes from January 6th to March 31st.
During tea time from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, the "Strawberry Afternoon Sweets Set" (3,300 yen), a course-style set that was also very popular last year, will feature two sweets themed around "mariage." These include the "Strawberry Parfait," which combines strawberry and rhubarb confit with vanilla cream, pistachio crumble, cherry blossom syrup, and ice cream, and the "Strawberry Mille-feuille," which uses French butter crafted using a reverse-folding technique, features a custard cream with a subtle Cointreau scent, artistically arranged pie topped with strawberries and orange, and is available à la carte from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
In addition, the chef's masterpiece, the "Strawberry and Three Cheese Pizza" (2,600 yen), will be available from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM. It is made with three types of cheese - Gorgonzola, Grana Padano, and Mozzarella - and is generously topped with strawberries and mint. Other dishes include "Strawberry Pancakes" (1,800 yen) and "Strawberry French Toast Made with Premium Milk Bread" (2,000 yen). From 5:30 pm to 9 pm, a dinner course "Sweet on Strawberry" (5,000 yen) is also available, in which all dishes are made with strawberries.
