Andaz Tokyo will be rolling out limited-edition Valentine's Day and White Day sweets at its first-floor pastry shop starting January 30th. From January 30th to February 14th, unique chocolates and cookies with a "stationery" theme will be available. The lineup features a variety of flavors of familiar stationery. These include the "Pencil Bonbon Chocolat" (2 pieces/1,200 yen), a pencil-shaped plum and hazelnut chocolate ganache; the "Eraser Bonbon Chocolat" (5 pieces/2,000 yen), an eraser-shaped cookie blending refreshing flavors such as pistachio & fig, and apricot & black tea; the "Ruler Cookie" (3 pieces/950 yen), which features delicately detailed scale markings; "Dark Chocolate Mousse" (4,500 yen) and the "Color Palette Macaron" (3 flavors with tube ganache/2,000 yen). These playful sweets are sure to be the talk of the office. Additionally, from January 1st to February 28th, the shop will be open with a "Hot Chocolate Counter." This personalized counter allows customers to choose their favorite flavor from three types of chocolate and 11 spices to create their own original "Hot Chocolate" (large size: 850 yen, small size: 450 yen). Four varieties of "Pastry Shop Original Hot Chocolate" (1,100 yen) based on recipes by pastry chef Masateru Okazaki will also be available. Also, from February 20th to March 17th, White Day petit cake sets and mini cakes will be available. The "Petit Cake Set" (6 pieces/2,000 yen) offers six flavors, including dark chocolate, blueberry, and ginger, while the "Mini Cake" (3 types/1,000 yen each) offers fresh flavors like pistachio and strawberry. Both cakes feature a buttercream base with a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture and exquisitely combined flavors. In addition, a 28cm white chocolate and raspberry rose mousse (5,000 yen) will also be available as a special gift.
