ELLE cafe will be holding a limited-time "Strawberry Fair" starting January 5, 2017, featuring "Yumenoka," the finest strawberry variety from Nagasaki Prefecture.
During the event, they will be offering a menu featuring "Yumenoka," a new brand of strawberry that is not yet widely available on the general market and is characterized by its large, plump flesh and juicy flavor. One of the drinks, "Strawberry Dream" (1,180 yen), is a cold-pressed juice that captures the natural beauty ingredients of seasonal strawberries. It is made with domestic rice milk, apples, beets, and baobab, and has a strawberry milk flavor.
Also available is "Yumenoka Strawberry & White Chocolate" (1,280 yen), a strawberry version of "Koyo," a plant-based, low-sugar coconut milk yogurt. Combined with organic white chocolate, it creates a creamy, parfait-like masterpiece. Other items on offer include the "Yumenoka Strawberry Smoothie Bonbon" (1,800 yen), a tower of strawberries made with strawberry sorbet and soy milk whipped cream, and the "Yumenoka Strawberry Pistachio" (650 yen), a gluten-free tart made with free-range eggs raised on non-GMO feed and organic rice flour.
