Since its release in December 2018, this wildly popular sweet has sold over one million servings.

Made with brown honey and red bean paste from the long-established Japanese confectionery shop, Eitaro Sohonpo.
Each carefully selected ingredient is combined to create a luxurious taste.
★Chubuan: Red bean paste made using a candied method that allows you to fully enjoy the flavor of the red beans
★Brown sugar syrup: Brown sugar syrup made using brown sugar from Okinawa
★Dough: Made with organic whole soybean soy sauce, adding a fragrant flavor
★Cream: A double cream combination of whipped cream with 26% milk fat blended with pure fresh cream from Hokkaido, and brown sugar syrup whipped cream
The brown sugar syrup that has been generously soaked into the dorayaki skin will fill your mouth with pleasure.
The whipped cream is squeezed into a large, round shape, creating an impactful appearance. The dorayaki skin has been opened to convey the luxuriousness of the filling, so please enjoy it with a spoon.
